These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FluffyPet website, applications, dashboards, communication tools, and related services operated by Fluffypet Care Private Limited ("FluffyPet," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using FluffyPet in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FluffyPet.

FluffyPet is a digital platform designed to support pet care, animal welfare, service coordination, and related workflows across multiple user types, including pet owners, veterinarians, clinics, service providers, NGOs, volunteers, organizations, and other authorized participants. The platform may include pet profiles, animal records, bookings, messaging, reviews, rescue and adoption workflows, volunteer coordination, organization dashboards, and related digital tools.

You may use FluffyPet only if:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law
• the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
• you will use the platform only for lawful purposes
• you are authorized to act on behalf of any organization, clinic, NGO, provider, or other entity you represent on the platform

If you use FluffyPet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate registration information
• keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate
• remain responsible for all activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, create safety risks, violate these Terms, or are otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

FluffyPet may provide different access levels, permissions, and workflows depending on the type of user account or organizational role. Certain data, records, features, or actions may only be available to specific user categories or authorized users. The platform is structured around permission-based and role-specific participation.

You agree not to:

• attempt to access data or features not intended for your role
• bypass permissions, restrictions, or workflow boundaries
• misrepresent your credentials, organization, qualifications, or authority

FluffyPet is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FluffyPet does not itself provide veterinary treatment, medical diagnosis, emergency services, clinical guarantees, insurance coverage, animal transport, adoption approvals, legal services, or regulatory certification.

FluffyPet facilitates digital workflows, coordination, record handling, and interactions among users and organizations. Any actual veterinary, grooming, training, rescue, boarding, breeding, insurance, adoption, or related service is provided by the relevant third party, not by FluffyPet itself, unless expressly stated.

Any content, reminder, alert, signal, recommendation, record summary, AI-assisted output, or informational material made available through FluffyPet is for general support and workflow assistance only.

It is not a substitute for:

• professional veterinary diagnosis
• clinical judgment
• emergency treatment
• laboratory interpretation
• legal compliance advice
• insurance advice

In emergencies, contact a qualified veterinarian, emergency provider, or relevant local authority immediately.

You may upload, submit, store, publish, send, or otherwise provide content through FluffyPet, including:

• account and profile information
• pet and animal details
• records, notes, documents, certificates, and media
• reviews, comments, ratings, and community posts
• rescue, foster, adoption, and volunteer updates
• organization or provider information

You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms.

By submitting content to FluffyPet, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, transmit, display, and use that content solely for:

• operating the platform
• enabling the relevant workflows
• improving platform performance and relevance
• ensuring safety, security, and compliance
• enforcing these Terms
• complying with legal obligations

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, submit, or share.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own the content or have the lawful right to upload and share it
• the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• the content does not violate any law, third-party right, or confidentiality obligation
• you have all required permissions, authorizations, and consents to upload or disclose the content
• any animal or user-related information uploaded by you is shared lawfully

We are not responsible for independently verifying every piece of information uploaded by users.

You agree not to:

• use FluffyPet for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes
• impersonate any person, professional, organization, or authority
• provide false credentials, fake reviews, or misleading records
• upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, or exploit the platform without authorization
• interfere with the platform's operation, security, or performance
• access records, messages, dashboards, or data without permission
• use the platform to harass, threaten, defame, extort, exploit, or abuse any person or entity
• post illegal, obscene, hateful, infringing, or deceptive content
• use FluffyPet to traffic animals unlawfully or facilitate illegal breeding, sale, or transfers
• misuse volunteer, rescue, donation, foster, or adoption workflows
• submit knowingly false medical, identity, ownership, or compliance information
• use automated systems or bots in a manner that harms the platform or other users

FluffyPet may, but is not obligated to, review, verify, moderate, approve, reject, suspend, flag, or remove accounts, credentials, organizations, content, listings, documents, reviews, or workflows.

Any badge, verification marker, profile status, credential indicator, or trust signal shown on the platform is based on available information and internal processes at that time. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, quality, legality, or outcome.

Users are expected to exercise independent judgment before engaging with any provider, organization, volunteer, breeder, buyer, adopter, or other user.

FluffyPet may collect and use animal-related information to improve precision, relevance, and workflow quality, including for care context, service relevance, reminders, matching, record continuity, and operational coordination.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• animal data may be necessary for certain platform features to function properly
• more detailed records may improve the usefulness and accuracy of some outputs
• FluffyPet does not sell personal data or animal data

FluffyPet may allow users to discover, request, manage, or interact around services offered by third parties, including veterinarians, clinics, groomers, trainers, walkers, boarders, breeders, NGOs, volunteers, and other organizations.

FluffyPet is not a party to the underlying professional or service relationship between users unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee:

• availability of any provider or service
• quality, legality, safety, suitability, or outcome of any service
• response times
• adoption approvals
• rescue success
• insurance approval
• regulatory acceptance

Any dispute regarding actual service delivery is primarily between the relevant users or entities involved, subject to any specific platform dispute flow we may choose to offer.

Payments made through FluffyPet are processed through third-party payment gateways.

You acknowledge that:

• FluffyPet does not itself operate as the payment gateway
• actual payment processing, settlement, and payment-method handling are subject to the gateway's own terms and privacy practices
• FluffyPet may receive limited payment metadata such as status, references, and timestamps

We are not liable for failures, delays, chargebacks, gateway downtime, bank issues, processor errors, or payment reversals caused by third-party payment systems.

FluffyPet may allow reviews, ratings, testimonials, comments, stories, rescue updates, and similar user-generated content.

You agree that such content must be:

• honest
• based on actual experience where relevant
• not defamatory, abusive, fake, manipulated, or misleading
• not posted for extortion, harassment, or unfair damage

We reserve the right to remove, moderate, restrict, or investigate content that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the platform or its users.

By using FluffyPet, you agree that we may send you:

• account-related notices
• booking and workflow alerts
• support communications
• legal and policy updates
• reminders and service messages
• security notifications

Where permitted by law, we may also send service-related announcements or promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing communications where an opt-out is available, but you cannot opt out of essential service or legal notices.

Your use of FluffyPet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using FluffyPet, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

All rights, title, and interest in and to FluffyPet, including the platform, software, branding, design, text, graphics, dashboards, interface elements, workflows, compilations, and related content, are owned by or licensed to Fluffypet Care Private Limited, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the platform
• use our name, logo, branding, or materials without authorization
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law from being restricted

These Terms do not give you ownership of any FluffyPet intellectual property.

We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to FluffyPet at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms
• you create legal, reputational, operational, or safety risk
• your account appears fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized
• we are required to do so by law
• continuation of access may harm FluffyPet, animals, users, or partner entities

You may stop using FluffyPet at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

FluffyPet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluffypet Care Private Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• accuracy
• reliability
• uninterrupted availability
• security free from all vulnerabilities
• suitability of any provider, service, or user interaction

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from delays, bugs, or third-party interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluffypet Care Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, service interruption, or reputational loss arising from or related to:

• your use of or inability to use FluffyPet
• acts or omissions of third-party users, providers, clinics, NGOs, volunteers, or organizations
• reliance on records, reminders, content, reviews, or AI-assisted outputs
• payment gateway failures or third-party processing issues
• unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials
• disputes between users
• animal injury, illness, death, loss, transfer disputes, or rescue outcomes
• any content uploaded by users

If any liability is imposed on Fluffypet Care Private Limited despite the above, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to FluffyPet, if any, in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fluffypet Care Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of FluffyPet
• your content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of law or third-party rights
• your misuse of records, credentials, payments, rescue flows, or platform features
• disputes between you and another user or third party

We shall not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, power outages, epidemics, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove features, workflows, content, or parts of FluffyPet at any time without liability. We are not obligated to continue any specific feature, dashboard, integration, or service flow in its current form.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of FluffyPet after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FluffyPet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fluffypet Care Private Limited regarding your use of FluffyPet.
